Great group fitness options are available at Rockmart Family Fitness. Choose your favorite or sample them all. Our experienced instructors will guide you to a great workout, whether you’re a veteran or a newbie. We add new classes according to demand; so let us know what you want!

Yoga ~ TBA (Let us know what works for you!)
A half hour of great, “basic” yoga stretches. Perfect for beginners or somewhat more experienced participants who have taken some time off from their practice and want to get back in the groove. Over time, as skills increase, we hope to grow our yoga program into a longer class with more advanced challenges for one and all.

Cardio Strength ~ Thursday at 6:00 pm
Cardio Strength incorporates intervals of endurance training and muscle conditioning with a variety of equipment. Multiple intensity options are demonstrated for each interval, making this class perfect for every participant’s fitness level!! In this class you will torch calories, inmprove body composition, increase metabolism and improve overall strength. It’s a complete full body workout in just one hour!

Senior Fitness ~ M / W /F at 10:30 am
Our customized SilverSneakers and Silver&Fit classes are designed exclusively for older adults who want to improve their strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. Senior Fitnessoffers an innovative blend of physical activity, healthy lifestyle and socially oriented programming. 30 minutes
